Five weeks of guidance, support, and community as you explore a daily meditation practice.

What’s included: Five weekly group zoom calls at 60 minutes each, meditation assignments to experience and practice on your own time, community support, guidance and mentorship as it relates to the varying obstacles which arise within a meditation journey.

Topics covered: What meditation is and is not, what to expect in your practice, different styles of meditation, the three stages of meditation, the five states of the mind, and the obstacles that distract us according to yoga philosophy. We’ll also touch on when mindfulness meditation isn’t a great idea and what to do instead. We’ll start with basics and we’ll dive deeper through practice. Practice. Practice. Practice.

Who is this program for?

✺ Anyone interested in starting a meditation practice, but doesn’t know how to get started.

✺ Anyone who has tried meditation but struggles with the process and with consistency.

✺ Anyone interested in learning new meditation techniques from both internal and external concentration practices.

✺ Anyone interested in accountability and guidance through a five-week process of meditation.

✺ Anyone who loves being in community with like-minded individuals on the journey of self inquiry and mindful living.

When: We will meet, via Zoom, for five Tuesday evening sessions beginnig May 30, 2023.

*Sessions will be recorded with access for 7 days after our live meeting time. It is encouraged that you join live; however, if you have a conflict and know you cannot make a session, please let me know. I’d hate for you to miss this experience based on a planned event or unexpected life circumstance.
