Hi, I’m Jen.

Sincere Student of Yoga, Teacher, Educator, Mentor, and Meditation Guide.

I believe life is a strange yet beautiful mystery, and I do my best to embrace it with wonder and awe. I’m not one for platitudes, nor do I preach about “love and light.” Instead, I honor the full range of the human experience, embracing the polarities—the joys and the sorrows, the light and the dark, life and death.

Mother Nature both inspires and humbles me. Her resilience is a constant reminder of the power in simply being with life’s challenges.

I’m drawn to curious seekers—those who pursue depth in their lives and are willing to explore the fullness of their unique journey.

I’m fascinated by the teachings of Ayurveda, Samkhya, Vedanta, and non-dual Shaiva Tantra and how they intersect with modern psychology and neuroscience, offering timeless insights for our contemporary lives.

Forever a student, I am inspired to share so that we can learn, grow, and evolve together in community.

  • I am an experienced leader and yoga teacher with over 2,000 teaching hours and more than 20 years of mentoring—ranging from corporate environments to mindfulness coaching, and guiding yoga students and teachers.

After leaving corporate management in 2014, I spent five transformative years on St. John, a small island in the Caribbean. There, I taught yoga to both the local community and visitors while supporting boutique businesses in sales, marketing, and villa management alongside my husband. This time on the island, filled with challenges and growth, deepened my understanding of community, resilience, and the power of self-reflection, all of which continue to inform my teaching today.

My work integrates classical, post-classical, and modern yoga with Ayurveda, blending movement, breath, meditation, yoga nidrā, and somatics to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a certified trauma-sensitive practitioner, I meet you exactly where you are, providing a secure space for self-inquiry, guiding you back to your innate wisdom and a deep sense of wholeness.

I offer in-person sessions, workshops, and events as well as online mentorship, live meditations, yoga classes, and study groups. As a mentor, I support curious students and yoga teachers seeking guidance, providing a nurturing space for growth and learning. Additionally, I teach internationally at luxury retreat centers, leading immersive experiences that weave together yoga, meditation, and holistic well-being. My years of teaching yoga to clients in a vacation destination equipped me with the ability to craft deeply restorative sessions in a warm, welcoming environment that mirrors the essence of hospitality. This experience allows me to help individuals reconnect with their inner peace and experience lasting personal transformation.

Now based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, I frequently return to my home state of Colorado to be with family and study with my foundational teachers. You can also find me traveling, retreating, and teaching yoga in Costa Rica, Panama, Baja, and St. John, US Virgin Islands.
