Hi, I’m Jen.

Sincere Student of Yoga, Teacher, Educator, Mentor, and Meditation Guide.

I believe life is a strange yet beautiful mystery and I do my best to take it all in with wonder and awe. I’m inspired and humbled by Mother Nature and appreciate the soft salve she offers the tender wounds accumulated through hardships and challenges.

I’m not one to offer platitudes or preach love and light and good vibes only, rather I embrace the wide range of this human experience - the joys and the sorrows.

I’m drawn to the curious seekers and those who pursue depth in their lives.

I relish in not only the study of but also the of sharing of the ancient wisdom of shaiva tantra, classical yoga philosophy, ayurveda, and their correlation to modern psychology and neuroscience.

I feel most in my element when supporting others in untangling the contents of the mind and helping people gain an understanding of the unique language of their emotions and physical bodies.

I feel it an honor to witness another’s internal flame ignite and watch someone come alive as they transform and discover personal autonomy.

I am a true sun seeker who feels her best barefoot, floating somewhere in the sea, or hiking through a canopy of trees on a warm day.

  • I’m an experienced leader and yoga teacher, approaching 2k hours of teaching, and 20+ years of mentoring humans in various capacities from corporate environments to mindfulness clients to yoga students and teachers.

My work is an integrative process pulling from my studies in samkyka philosophy, tantra, and ayurveda. I use the tools of yoga asana, prāṇāyāma (breath control), meditation, yoga nidrā, and somatics, to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I meet you exactly where you are, offering a secure place for self-inquiry with the intention to guide you back to your innate inner wisdom and a felt sense of wholeness.

I offer in-person sessions, workshops, events, and classes in Jacksonville, Florida as well as online through mentorship programs, live meditations, yoga classes, and study groups.

After leaving corporate America in 2014, I spent five years on St. John, a tiny island in the Caribbean, where I taught yoga to both the local community and visitors through private villa yoga, Gallows Point Resort, Cinnamon Bay Campground, and The Westin. While living on island, I also supported locally owned boutique businesses through sales and marketing as well as villa management with my love and husband. Living on the island was a dream turned reality that I can thank my courageous husband for. It also required a lot of grit and life brought on a few unexpected turns…

I am now based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with frequent visits back to my home state of Colorado where I spend time with family as well as study with my foundational teachers. You can also find me traveling, retreating, and teaching yoga and meditation in Costa Rica, Panama, Baja, and St. John, Virgin Islands.
